Scaffolding accidents

Scaffolding is a temporary structure meant to assist construction workers. If you are a pedestrian and the scaffolding design is defective there is a danger that it could fall on you. Workers may also be injured (or killed) as a result of faulty design or manufacture.

Falling Debris

Any construction site is a hazard for falling debris. Whether you are working at the site or you are pedestrian, many times falling debris can cause severe injury ranging from broken bones to blindness to death.

Building Collapse on construction site

Workers are always at risk on construction sites, but if the architect fails to exercise proper caution in the design phase of construction, too often building collapse may occur. This can injure, maim or kill not only workers on the site but those passing by.
